An estimation of fees will be provided when you schedule an appointment, so that there are no surprises, then those fees will be due at the time of service.
As a courtesy, our staff will provide a detailed claim for submission to insurance companies or third-party entities. These detailed claims are provided as a service to you to help maximize your reimbursement.
